Excellent authentic dhum biriyani. Not the kind most restaurants serve which feels like rice and curry mixed and with some artificial color. Here they use authentic ingredients , no artificial color and the biriyani is properly cooked with the dhum process. Really nice fluffy biriyani that is flavourful is the end result.
